Our technical department consists of a group of qualified Technicians ready to offer support & assistance to our customers.
At all times, we have one office based technician available to field telephonic queries. We also have Field Service Technicians who offer on-site assistance contractors. This assistance entails the following:
•Equipment commissioning
•Fault finding
•Site Adjustment
•Advisory Service
Technical manuals and service data are obtainable from our Technicians upon request.
